• IBAN generation and formatting tools
• JSON-formatted API responses

3. User Accounts and API Keys

3.1 Free Tier

Free tier users can access up to 1,000 IBAN validations per month without registration or API keys.

3.2 Paid Plans

Paid plan users must create an account and will receive API keys for authentication. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your API keys secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your API keys
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate account information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Exceed your plan's rate limits or attempt to circumvent them
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Resell or redistribute our data without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape our website

5. Rate Limits and Usage

• Free: 1,000 validations per month
• Pro: 100,000 validations per month
• Enterprise: 1,000,000 validations per month

5.2 Fair Use

We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if usage patterns indicate abuse, even within plan limits. Burst requests should not exceed 10 requests per second.

6. Payment and Billing

6.1 Subscription Fees

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. You agree to their terms and conditions.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

7. Data Accuracy and Availability

7.2 Service Availability

10. Termination

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and data
• Outstanding fees remain due
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the EU.
